Usage Agreement
Toq Information Technology disclaims any liability for any misinterpretation of any part of the agreement and encourages you to inquire about any terms of use to our support team at any time.
The terms outlined in this document aim to regulate the service technically and ethically, aiming to provide the best level of service to all customers. This agreement is for informational purposes only. ToQ Information Technology reserves the right to change any or all terms listed in this document without obligation to notify the customer. You must carefully read the document before requesting any services from Toq Information Technology. Our service provision is fundamentally based on your full acceptance of what is stated in the document.
General Terms
Toq Information Technology reserves the right to refuse and/or suspend the provision of any services provided by the Toq Information Technology team to any person or entity without being obliged to state the reasons. Toq Information Technology is committed to clarity and transparency with its customers at all stages of service provision. Fraudulent use of any services constitutes a breach of the agreement between the customer and Toq Information Technology.
Renewal and Billing Management
The customer must renew the service during the last seven days before the end of the period and inform the technical support department or sales department of payment of all fees and provide evidence thereof. The technical support department must be notified via tickets of the deposit amount and its purpose within 48 hours. A reminder of the remaining period before service expiration will be sent, and failure to renew will result in automatic account suspension. Full payment/deposit of fees is required for the customer to continue receiving the service. All financial transactions are conducted in US dollars or their equivalent in Saudi riyal
Late Payment
The system sends continuous reminders before the payment due date to the email. In case of non-payment, the system automatically suspends the service, and Toq Information Technology is not responsible for providing the service except by paying the renewal fees within the specified times. Toq Information Technology may retain the customer's site for a specified period not exceeding one month as a paid service if payment is made when setting up this copy to ensure retention of customer data for the longest possible period after transfer or cancellation.
Reactivation of Customer Account
In case of closing the customer account and their desire to reopen it, activation will be done after paying the due amounts. In case a copy of the files is requested after the period ends, ToQ Information Technology has the right to charge for this service. In case of service suspension due to breach of terms, the account will be restored after correcting the errors and committing to avoiding/repeating the breach.
Service Cancellation Policy
Toq Information Technology reserves the right to stop providing technical support for accounts that violate the terms of the service. A support ticket must be sent to cancel the service. In case of late payment for invoices for dedicated, virtual, or cloud servers, ToQ Information Technology has the right to cancel the service and not retain the contents or any data to provide resources to another client.
Refund Policy
In case of canceling any of the joint contract plans, no amount received from the customer will be refunded.
Responsibility of Toq Information Technology Company
Toq Information Technology does not assume any responsibility for any damage that may occur to work due to suspension of any services. Toq Information Technology makes every effort to provide the best possible service performance. Toq Information Technology is responsible for technical aspects only, and technical performance evaluations are exclusively estimated by the company's technical team. The customer is fully responsible for their account and associated accounts in any of the services provided by Toq Information Technology. The services provided by Toq Information Technology are determined by current technological limitations and may be affected by external conditions. We make every effort to ensure the best result. In dedicated and virtual server plans, the customer is fully responsible for making external backups. In case of disk space shortage or data corruption on the hard disk in the private or virtual server service, the customer will be compensated with a similar server, with the same specifications, within a period not exceeding 5 business days. Toq Information Technology does not undertake to provide solutions to software problems that were not designed by the Toq Information Technology team according to a prior agreement with each customer and project.
Software Licenses and Systems
Toq Information Technology is committed to providing licensed and legitimate services for software and systems used to provide services through it or through its team.
Prohibited Materials
Toq Information Technology does not provide its services to websites with pirated, abusive, or inappropriate content, unwanted messages or malicious emails, gambling and lottery sites, using any services in attacks on other sites and services, or sites that promote illegal activities. Toq Information Technology reserves the right to reject any contract regarding any service.
Privacy Policy
Toq Information Technology takes seriously the protection of your information and your connection to our site and services. Toq Information Technology does not share your personal information and data for purposes other than service improvement. Toq Information Technology will not disclose your personal information to the public. Toq Information Technology may use your site data for performance analysis to provide the best level of service to its customers. Backup is the customer's property, and Toq Information Technology retains it for the benefit of its owners for a limited period not exceeding 30 days from the end of the service.
